We have had the privilege of having Mackenzie as our server many times. We look forward to coming and hopefully having her serve us. Her personality and efficiency is so appreciated. She would be an amazing bartender as there is a lot of interactions with people on a one on one basis. You have a real gem in her!

Grabbed dinner here before going to a show at Thunder Valley. We were lucky to get a table as they were very busy. Prices are okay for what you get but it is a little pricey. The food tasted fresh and the portions were good. I had the sesame chicken salad and it was packed with chicken. I wish it had more bell peppers but it was really tasty and very filling. Would come back here!

OK, honestly I'm not huge on franchise restaurants. But you would never know going to land ocean, the service is impeccable. The food is amazing and the ambience is very relaxing and welcoming. UPDATE: That makes so much sense that it's a family local owned restaurant and not a franchise. I could tell by the level of service and detail. We've never been disappointed eating at this establishment and it's became a regular date night. Knowing that it's family owned just makes us want to go there that much more.

I would like to preface this review with a few facts about myself. #1 I hate going out to eat, #2 I often bitch incessantly about the quality of food for the price I'm paying when I do go out to eat,#3 I haven't been anywhere in years where I felt like the food was actually good like something I couldn't make better at home. Ok so now let me tell you about this place... The food was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! The service was BEYOND FANTASTIC!!!! I've gone 34 years and I absolutely hate crab in every way shape and form. Never liked a single bite I've ever taken and I live in a place on the east coast where crab is a big deal too. This is the first time in my life where I liked the crab and regretted not getting it myself and having to steal a bite from my girlfriend's plate! It was like buttery goodness and just insanely amazing! The steak she got with it literally melted in my mouth! It was insane! Our waitress was the absolute kindest person ever! I can't remember her name but I know she lived in West Chester PA at some point in her life. And I hope whoever owns that place sees this so they know how damn good of a job she's doing! For the first time in years I'm 1000% happy with a restaurant experience! Seriously guys keep up the great work! In 4 years when I come back out to Roseville I hope I get to go again!

Party of 5 dinner [Roseville CA] We got on the waitlist for a dinner reservation at 4:00p. Luckily, when we arrived the hostess was able to accommodate our party of 5 without waiting. For starters we chose Calamari and (2) orders of Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. Both were good. The rest of orders were the following: Spicy FIlet Mignon Stir Fry Macadamia Nut Crusted Chilean Sea Bass New York Strip Ribeye (2) I had one of those Ribeye steaks. Perfectly cooked to my liking. Mmm, mmm good! The 16-oz cut included mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and grilled asparagus. Our server, Jake, did an amazing job taking care of our table! Never had to ask to refill our glasses of water... Desserts were equally delicious: Apple Crisp Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée Chocolate Lava Cake The ambiance was nice. Overall, our dinner experience was pleasant. Review #3461

Great Service. Great Food. Reasonable prices. Ambience and noise level in the restaurant is very pleasing. I highly suggest if you come by here off hwy 80 off hwy 65 near Roseville. Their happy hour snacks and light eats and drink specials are surprising in todays inflationary eating choices. IPA $6. onion rings $3. Ordered the ribeye. Done to perfection with nice sides and as ordered. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed

Came here for dinner with my family after my graduation and it was pretty good. The food was good but don't think it was worth the price. Shoutout to Jacob who was our waiter, he was super friendly and great! We sat in the patio and it was nice out and the service was just as great. Would recommend if it's some place you've been wanting to try but it is pricey for what it is.

I recently visited Land Ocean for the third time, and I must say this review is long overdue. While the food has always been just okay in my past visits, there's always been something that stood out as delicious - at least one item that made the visit worthwhile. However, during my most recent visit, everything exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival with my party of three, we encountered a slight hiccup. There was one person ahead of us in line, and the two servers assisting her seemed preoccupied with other tasks. It was a bit off-putting that they didn't acknowledge us as they walked away, but fortunately, one of them returned to help us promptly. Despite this initial misstep, our experience took a positive turn once we were seated. We indulged in a variety of dishes including the breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, carnitas hash, assorted muffins, and the pièce de résistance - the crème brûlée French toast. Let me tell you, once you try the French toast, your life will change for the better. It was truly exceptional, the best I've ever had. I can't stop thinking about it even as I write this review. I implore the Yelp community to give it a try - you won't be disappointed! In conclusion, while the service had a rocky start, the exceptional quality of the food, especially the crème brûlée French toast, made this visit to Land Ocean truly memorable. Don't miss out on this culinary delight!
